Over the last several years we have seen many new entrants into the sock business bringing the industry new perspectives, ideas, and ultimately renewed vigor and focus to the industry.  We love seeing this! But, as we look around at the business one thing remains clear: while many companies claim to have deep product expertise and focus, very few, if any actually knit of have ever knit their own product.  

The William Tucker difference is born out of the fact that we are authentic sock manufacturers.  As anyone that has maintained manufacturing in the US knows, the only way to have survived and succeeded as business was moved overseas was to be at the leading edge of knitting innovation and to maintain a relentless focus on continuous quality improvement.
